I am a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, as well as the Max Planck Institute for the Physics of Complex Systems, in Dresden Germany. My research is focused on using principles of soft matter physics to understand the structure and self-assembly of biological materials, including the cytoskeleton, subcellular organelles, cells, and tissues.
