I am postdoctoral researcher in the group of Dr. Karla Neugebauer and our focus of attention is the regulation of pre-mRNA splicing - constitutive and alternative.

The page is the visible face of my research (apart from publications) and I intend to explain it both to researchers but also to the lay public. This reasoning is that the more the general public understands what one does inside the lab the more informed policy decisions can be made.
