PhD Thesis

My PhD looked at the evolution of codon usage in bacteria and explored patterns of codon usage across 160 bacterial genomes.  The research was carried out at the University of Nottingham in the lab of Professor Paul Sharp, who is now located at the University of Edinburgh.  My PhD thesis is available for download here.
