I am a post-doc working in Tony Hyman's group at the MPI-CBG.  I'm generally interested in cell division and spindle function, and studied chromosome segregation and the spindle assembly checkpoint during my PhD.  I'm currently studying the function of microtubule associated proteins in regulating microtubule dynamics using purified components in vitro and how this relates to spindle assembly in vivo.
